We want you to have the best curls possible! That is why we suggest using it when your  hair when it is damp or 90% dry.  

If you are using it on hair that is too wet the curls will be frizzy and your hair might be  wet when you remove the curler. 

We suggest using a wet brush or spray bottle to dampen your hair. 

We suggest using your FOXYWAVE curler kit right before you go to bed. All you have to  do is apply your curler on top of your head, sleep and wake up ready with stunning  curls!  

You can also use it any time during the day as long as you have damp hair (90% dry for  best results) and leave it in for 2-5 hours. 

YES! The FOXYWAVE curler was designed with comfort in mind. We only use the  softest and highest quality cotton-floss filling and satin material. We purposely avoided  using a foam core or any other fillings that are harder to sleep on. Our curlers are  perfect for side sleepers! 

Yes you can! Some days we are feeling bold and voluminous curls, and others we are in  the mood for soft waves - the good news is FOXYWAVE will do both.  

For tighter curls: wrap smaller sections tightly  

For loose curls: wrap larger sections more spaced out and leave the curler on for 2-3  hours. 

Yes - but hair should be at least chin to shoulder length! 

We made sure that the FOXYWAVE curling kit would give all hair lengths gorgeous  curls. The curlers are 40” long from end-to end. 

suggest using the FOXYWAVE curler on clean hair that is damp (90% dry).  

If you want to add extra moisture and shine, we suggest applying high quality hair oil  towards the ends of your hair. Applying hair oils right before you put on your curler will  lock in moisture and give you a shiny, smooth look when you remove your curler.  

If you want some extra hold, we suggest using a salon grade hairspray to keep those  curls in place!

We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for any unwanted item returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer care team at support@foxywave.com within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you!

Please be aware that to be eligible for a refund/exchange on unwanted items they must be unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all hygiene tamper-resistant seals and packaging intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt of your return. You will receive an email notifying you of your refund being processed. Please note that funds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Please ensure you retain proof of postage for your return as any item returned to us is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We therefore advise that you send your item back to us using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

We can not be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address or a temporary address from which you are no longer able to receive parcels, and you will not be eligible for a refund in this scenario.

Yes! Hand wash in cold water. Air dry ONLY! Do not wring your curler out because this  can damage the seams.
